    You may also know that the strength of your team and organization rises and falls with the quality of its leaders. And now, it is up to you to elevate the leadership potential of the people around you.

    During this 2-day retreat for your team, we partner with you to create a clear strategy for training and developing new leaders. We give you dedicated time and powerful tools to collaborate as a group and develop a customized, creative, and affordable leadership development plan.

    Together, we can overcome the effects of inadequate training and elevate the leadership potential and success of each leader in your organization.

    • Any Thursday and Friday in June or July 2025.

    • Let’s book it today!

    • $9500 for a group of 6-12 leaders.

    • Price does not include venue if your group prefers to meet off-site.

    • If you have 13+ participants, add $925 per additional person.

    • We will be happy to find an excellent location and/or add meals for this retreat. Additional fees will apply.

    • Includes a post-retreat mastermind event to follow up and support your group.

    • Agenda will include a mix of instruction, collaboration, reflection, and social activities.

    • Already holding an annual retreat? Our content can be adapted to complement your current plan.  

    • Includes up to 10 copies of “Leading With Your Imagination” by Scott J. Wakefield for your group.
